Whether you’re a veteran pro-life activist, or looking to get involved, whether you’re a high school student, young professional, or a parent, the 2021 Bishops’ Pro-Life Banquet and Conference has something for you.

The Bishops Banquet and Conference is on Sept. 17th and 18th at the Embassy Suites in Downtown Lincoln. The banquet will include a social hour, dinner, awards ceremony, and keynote address from Archbishop Naumann, the USCCB Pro-Life Committee Chairman. We are excited to provide free, onsite childcare to banquet attendees on Friday, September 17th. From 5:00 – 9:00 PM, kids 5-12 years old will have their own evening of pro-life fun, including food and themed activities. Learn more and get your little ones signed up.

We need your help making this celebration bigger and better than ever by signing up, and sharing this event with your friends, family, and fellow pro-life activists. Sample E-Mail to Parishioners

The Nebraska Catholic Conference is excited to invite you to the 2021 Bishops' Pro-Life Banquet & Conference on September 17th and 18th (Register Now!). This annual gathering joyfully brings together Nebraska's Bishops, clergy and religious, and pro-lifers from across the state to celebrate the Gospel of Life.

This year's theme is "A People of Life & For Life: The Next 25 Years of Evangelium Vitae". Building on the recent 25th anniversary of Pope Saint John Paul II's famous encyclical Evangelium Vitae (The Gospel of Life), the banquet and conference will explore how we can live out our pro-life calling into the next 25 years.

This year's banquet keynote speaker will be Archbishop Joseph Naumann of Kansas City, KS. A great friend to our Bishops in Nebraska, Archbishop Naumann serves as the Chairman of the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops' (USCCB) Committee on Pro-Life Activities. You won't want to miss his inspiring and prophetic keynote address!

The banquet (Friday, Sept. 17th) begins with a social hour at 5:30 p.m., followed by a banquet dinner at 6:30 p.m. The conference (Saturday, Sept. 18th) begins with a Rosary at 8:30 a.m., and conference talks begin at 9 a.m. The conference talks will focus on the renewal of the individual, the family, and the political community, as well as explore the future of pro-life issues and efforts. For a full schedule of events, visit the registration page.

For any questions about the event, contact Paige Brown (pbrown@necatholic.org) or Angie Korus (nebrcc@necatholic.org) at the Nebraska Catholic Conference (402.477.7517).
