This spring tradition brings together the Nebraska Tri-Cities pro-life community for the annual Pro-Life Coffee, held in Grand Island during the beginning of the legislative session. Spring into action at Catholics at the Capitol, held each year in March or April, as we come together to make our voices heard at the Nebraska Legislature. This inspiring day offers legislative updates, keynotes from key elected officials, and the unique opportunity to observe floor debates at the Capitol. Meet with state senators, connect with fellow Catholics, and learn how to advocate for the values that matter most to us as Catholics. It's an event that will leave you feeling confident about your ability to faithfully and effectively bear the light of Christ in the public square.
Bishops’ Pro-Life Banquet and Conference
Each fall, Nebraska’s pro-life community gathers for the Bishops’ Pro-Life Banquet and Conference, a powerful event to celebrate our work together and grow as a pro-life community. The banquet features a cocktail hour with the Bishops, a distinguished national keynote speaker, a night out with your closest pro-life friends, and a delicious meal. The educational conference, which follows the next day, brings together pro-lifers of all walks of life - newbies and veterans - who are looking to deepen their knowledge of and zeal for pro-life issues. The conference features local and national pro-life experts, in-depth talks, actionable items to take back to your communities, and the ability to connect with and learn from other passionate pro-lifers from across Nebraska.
