 nor Kay Orr as a keynote speaker. Then\, you will receive a thorough updat
 e of important legislation facing the legislature this session and get tra
 ined on talking to your state senator and other elected officials from the
  NCC staff.  In the afternoon\, you'll put your new skills and knowledge i
 nto practice when we head over to the Capitol to meet your senators. \n\nT
 here is an optional lunch ($10) with State Senators at St. Mary's at 11:45
